Shaunsi & Kristian

Some weddings simply take your breath away — and Shaunsi and Kristian’s celebration at the stunning Vaucluse Estate, Tasmania was one of those unforgettable events. Romantic, luxe, timeless… and absolutely dripping in custom details, their marquee reception was a vision of opulence and style.

From the very beginning, every detail was designed to set the tone. Their invitations were a work of art: white handmade paper, finished with green letterpress. Soft, textural, and oh-so elegant, the suite hinted perfectly at the magic to come.

Stepping into the marquee was like walking into a world of romance and grandeur. Olive velvet drapery framed the entrance, cascaded from the ceiling, and even adorned the welcome sign, creating an atmosphere of depth and luxury. Sparkling chandeliers, an abundance of lush white and green florals, and decadent styling details — think grapes, pears, and apples scattered across the tablescape — made for a setting that was equal parts lavish and inviting.

The silver acrylic welcome and bar signage stood out beautifully against the soft, romantic palette, adding a modern, glamorous touch to the overall styling. Every single element was thoughtfully layered to create impact, and it absolutely worked.

Signage played a starring role throughout the day. Moss green velvet and mirror acrylic came together in the most sophisticated way — from the showstopping seating chart to the sleek bar design. The table settings were pure elegance: handmade beige paper menus paired with name cards, all finished with a black ribbon bow for that final luxe detail.

And for a playful twist? Guests were treated to a custom clear acrylic crossword puzzle sign filled with clues about the couple — an interactive feature that had everyone laughing, mingling, and celebrating love in the most unique way.

The styling didn’t stop there. Guests adored the custom matchboxes illustrated with the Vaucluse Estate itself — a keepsake as thoughtful as it was chic. Overhead, crystal chandeliers sparkled, the black bar made a bold statement, and every corner of the marquee felt layered with intention, texture, and beauty.

This wedding was more than just an event; it was an experience. Elegant, elevated, and completely unforgettable.
