Keira and Jesse’s wedding at the breathtaking Waterton Hall Wines was the kind of day that felt like it had been pulled from the pages of a storybook. Set amongst the vineyards and overlooking the Tamar River, their celebration was full of romance, sunshine, and intentional design details that perfectly reflected their vision: a romantic, summery, and magical day.
From our very first chat, it was clear that Keira and Jesse had a strong vision for their day – soft, romantic colours, timeless yet playful elements, and a focus on personal touches that would make the day feel uniquely them. I was so honoured to bring their ideas to life, starting with their elegant letterpress invitations.
Printed on luxurious 600gsm stock with chai ink and delicate typography, their invitations set the tone for the entire celebration – refined, heartfelt, and full of charm. From there, we carried the design language through to their day-of stationery and signage, building on the same romantic energy with a fresh, summery twist.
One of the standout elements was the custom scallop shape we created for them. This playful motif made an appearance throughout the day – from the curved edges of their welcome sign and bar signage, to the scalloped arch-shaped table numbers and their show-stopping seating chart. We even designed bespoke scalloped placemats for each guest’s setting, adding a fun and unexpected detail to the tablescape that tied everything together beautifully.
The result? A cohesive, dreamlike celebration filled with layered details, flowing lines, and thoughtful design at every turn.
